Mahtumquli sherlari is an Android application developed by Propubplace in the category of Education & Reference, specifically in the subcategory of Books. This app is a collection of poems written by Mahtumquli, a Turkmen poet and thinker, who was born in 1733 in the southwestern part of Turkmenistan, near the Atrek River in a place called Hojigovshon, in the Davlatmamad family. His father, known as "Ozodiy," was also a poet and wrote songs and gazals.
Mahtumquli initially studied at a local maktab, and later attended schools in Xiva, Buxoro, and Andijon. He traveled to Azerbaijan, Iran, Afghanistan, and India. Some of his notable works include "Bo‘lmasa" (If Not), "Kelgay" (Come), "Yomg‘ir yog‘dir, sultonim" (It Is Raining, My Sultan), "Naylayin" (Let's Go), "Ko‘ring" (See), "Yetmas" (Not Enough), and many others. One of his poetic pseudonyms was "Firog‘iy" (Enlightened).
